Samantha and Drew’s Bemidji Wedding!

I was SOOOOO excited for this Bemidji wedding!  I kept hearing about all the amazing details and plans for this day, and I could hardly wait!  I’m so glad it finally came!  It not only measured up to what I was expecting, but surpassed it about a million times over!  Even now a I find myself at a loss for words, and it was two weeks ago!  I might just have to do this blog a little differently.  I had the hardest time narrowing down the photos, so it’s going to be a long and fun post!

First off, I want to thank all the awesome vendors!  This wedding would not have come together so beautifully if it wasn’t for so many people helping and sharing their talent!

First looks are one of the most emotional moments of the day.  It’s when you see each other for the first time.  The excitement, nervousness and happiness all seem to meet at once.  It’s always such an honor to be a part of this moment!blog6 blog7 blog8

Did you catch the beautiful little detail hanging from Samantha’s bouquet?  All the bridesmaid’s bouquets had a charm with their initial hanging from their bouquets as well.  The burlap covering the stems was the perfect touch!  Raechel from KD Floral rocks!

  1. These pictures are exquisite!! Never seen anything like this! Wow! WOW! WOW!!!!! ‘Picture perfect’ are the only words I can think of to describe your work Kristen!

  2. Wow. I amazed and so impressed, Purrington! I wasn’t there, but I sure FEEL like I was! The picture of the bride and dad dancing with the tear down her cheek was so beautiful that it brought tears to my eyes. And then the mother of the groom and the bride and her son – always little boys to their mamas!! So precious. Wonderful work! I hope you win an award! Oh wait, you just won an award from me: “Bestest Ever Photographer Who Will Be Famous Soon!!!” of 2013. 🙂

  3. Wow Kristen what absolutely amazing pictures!! These must have made you so happy….love how you’ve displayed them as well! What a beautiful “artist” you are!!!
